Kara was 100% on top of everything and ahead of everyone else. We never had to check in or remind her about anything as she would always give updates. Kara was quick, patient, and personable. Kara explained everything in great detail, provided detailed emails and gave accurate numbers (rates, closing costs etc). I could not recommend Kara enough. Danny was the 2nd lender I went to for pre approval and I must say I saw the light. Danny explained things to me that the first lender didn’t and made sure that he kept an open line of communication throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful for Danny because without him I am pretty sure I would not have been able to purchase the home that I did, especially with the rates being ridiculously high as they currently are.
