02. Armando if we mentioned his name means all the things you want – really knew his stuff, helpful, responsive, but beyond that he also suggested better options to navigate selling and buying a house with a non-contingent sale that I was not aware off. Armando team was also very helpful and responsive, as was the other lender we worked with that Armando recommended. The whole process was easy and we were kept informed the whole way.
