Amazing HVAC Company! Reached out this morning to see if they can have a tech come out same day. Ronaldo, tech that was sent, was courtesy, experienced and beyond knowledgeable. Identified the problem and resolved it.
prompt service Had a slight issue with our A/C which was just installed a few months ago. They were quick to come out and take a look and immediately fixed the problem. Nothing serious a quick fix.

Service call truck ATeam 3 Install Technician did a great job. He found the issues quickly and fixed them as soon as possible. I will definitely use this company for any AC issues I ever have.
Follow up visit Made a follow up call due to condensation problem. The dispatcher (Amanda) set up appt for next day. Unfortunately due to a family emergency the technician could not make it and Amanda set up for following morning. Everything went smoothly and communication was great.
Overall, extremely satisfied with the service I received from Cool Air USA Technician quickly identified and addressed the source of my A/C issue. He also provided several maintenance recommendations that I was not aware to ensure proper functioning of my A/C system. Will definitely use Cool Air USA for my future A//C servicing needs.
Cleaned outside compressors coils and air handlers drainage. Technician Aldo did an excellent diagnosing and repair our air conditioners.

AC appointment We had a rattle coming from our outdoor unit. Proved to be something minor.
