Despite issues Excellent Service From Quote, to contract payment, to answering any and all questions immediately I can highly recommend this company. I live out of state and purchased a new HVAC for my son's new home. I paid in full and waited for closing. Technician was terrific; office personnel ... not so much The technician, Jose, was on time, efficient, forthcoming with what he was doing to the AC, and very respectful. He is an excellent representative for this company. When dealing with the office staff, a totally different experience. Was put on hold for over 10 minutes while 3 different people determined if I should get a receipt for the check that they already cashed!
