These people treat everyone like family, they clearly work hard and go out out there way to make a customer happy!! Great Experience all around!! They even customise specialty walkin coolers and freezers to accomidate your needs.
Reasonably priced did what they say they're going to do and went up and beyond the call of duty I would recommend them to a family member
Rob is a thief and owes dozens of people 10’s of thousands of dollars. All panels are used or seconds. He buys seconds from a company on Texas that are damaged in one way or another. Him and Janice will lie and say we will charge you used but sell you a new one but it’s because they over charge on the first place. They also use lots of Chinese panels which are sub par. Contacted Cooler King in Dec 2018 after seeing an ad on Ebay. After speaking to Janice for a couple of months and doing my due diligence, I decided to proceed with a purchase of a 20x40 cooler. Jan quoted me the price of a used unit but said she would give me all new panels and door. Janice sent me the release form and requested full payment of the cooler. Unreliable, Unprofessional, It has been over 5 Months since we paid over 26,000 dollars on a 33.,000 dollar bill and the work is not finished and needs repairs because of how they built the cooler. Nobody will answer or return a phone call, they sent Drunk workers without a clue on how to do this work. please think twice and research this company
