I am currently trying to get Cooler King to repair a freezer they built that fell apart 3 weeks into use. Rob is a highly skilled bullshitter who makes his workers sleep in the parking lot of our business for a week. The entire project was a nightmare of them trying to cut every corner and us fighting to get what we paid for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not pay their invoices and will ignore you after you do business with them. Rob Dekho the owner is a liar and fraud.
These guys are unpofessional and dishonest, their product is misrepresented, of poor quality and their workmanship is very inferior. Customer satisfaction is non existent. They simply refuse to answer their phone if you have a problem they don't care to resolve. I paid them over $5500 and the cooler they sold me is altogether non - functional yet they refuse to work with me. If you want to hear my full experience please call me at 573-225-3630
sent over $33000.00 dollars for cooler panels, panels received were practically useless, ceiling panels three thicknesses. this was early nov. as of dec.18 only half replacement panels are here and customer only has excuses for not sending the rest, this is the worst refrigeration I have ever dealt with
To all who may be interested in purchasing freezer equipment from Cooler King, I'll share my experience. The three men I dealt with were Rob, the owner; Greg and Wyatt. As for these three, they had at least one thing in common, they only lied one time. That's every time they opened their mouths. These people are horrible did work for them and didn’t get paid and got the run around and then I called receptionist and she was very nasty to me it’s not her fault she is just fat and miserable . Don’t do deliveries for this company unless you get pain up front
