From start to finish our experience was great, we met with both Daniel and Jill and felt comfortable with both of them. What we liked best was that everything was explained clearly, they were upfront about the cost and there was no pressure to go forward setting up the trust, it was simply there for us if we wanted to do it which we did. My wife and I started our relationship with Cooper and Adel about 7 years ago. We were very happy with their staff and knowledge. Recently we needed to make some changes and worked with Jill to accomplish this. We could not of been happier, she’s very pleasant to work with, she listened to our concerns and questions and helped us thru the necessary changes. Recently I needed some work on a trust and a deed. I contacted Nathan at Cooper, Adel, Vu & Associates, and told them what I needed done. He asked a couple questions and said they’d get back to me. With two days I was contacted by Chris H, who told me he had the documents prepared. He explained what was needed and offered to mail them. My wife and I went to a similar with Daniel Vu it was very informative. We set up an appointment with Daniel at the Monroe office. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. The next two appointments were with Jill Besl she also was very patient and answered all of our questions. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate our overall experience a 10. We attended one of Dan's workshops on wills and trusts. We couldn't believe how much we learned in just that one hour, so we immediately signed up for a one on one meeting with him. We just completed our trust, wills, etc., today with CooperAdelVu. It's so comforting to know that our legal affairs are in order. Jill (Dan's paralegal) is OUTSTANDING! I recently put my ‘trust’ in Daniel Vu after attending a seminar. I’d recommend him for explaining the benefits of a trust and the way to protect your bloodline. Working with him and Jill Besl was a seamless process. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. They are intent on answering questions to help you get your estate in order.
