My family and I have been with Cooper, Adel, Vu & Associates, LPA - Monroe since 2011. So very thankful for all they have done for our Mom and Dad. I'm not sure how we would be now if we did have our ducks in a row. Thank you Nathan and Michelle for all your help with our Mom during this difficult time.
I thought that I had a great experience with Cooper Adel Vu to set up my trust. The trust was set up in October 2024. Today is August 4, 2026. I had 2 financial institutions that I deal with call me today about receiving trust documents from November 2024 that were post marked July 27, 2026. Apparently, the firm did a document audit and found that my notifications to my financial institutions were never sent out. My parents paid them for estate services and to prepare their wills and legal documents several years ago. We worked with Elaine Brooks who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She assured us at that time, that they would be there for us to help with anything we needed when one of my parents passed away. Fast forward to this morning. My father passed away a few weeks ago.
