RecommendedWe moved into a Copper Bay home in March. It has been a smooth process, our house was brand new and we had no issues with anything. A couple of work orders we have had have been handles by Abby very professionally. She provides prompt service, assigns the work quickly, keeps us informed about our appointments and follows up to ensure we are happy with the work. Don't hesitate to work with Copper Bay.

Never would I ever recommend to use copper Bay homes. Everything is done via email as well as emergencies. We had a flood within three months of living in the house. I immediately called multiple times with no answer. I got an email back from Ally asking me to explain the situation as my house is filling with water. After that, we had a dysfunctional kitchen for almost 2 months. There was no help when I asked rent to be adjusted for the month. We had a unusable kitchen. The quality of the homes are very poor. We moved in a brand new unit and had multiple problems during our 2 year lease. We actually moved out 2 months before the lease was up. We are continuing to pay monthly until the lease is paid in full. But we are not living in the home. I do not recommend copper bay or the homes. Lexi and Ally are very rude and inconsiderate. My family and I had a horrible experience with Lexi from Copper Bay 100% DONT recommend. She is slow to respond and inconsiderate of your time…communication is poor and she backtracks and lies.
Lexi is very slow to respond… many times did not answer our calls, texts, or emails. The callousness of her professionalism is just that… I can’t recommend anyone use this service, you can tell as a newer company they do not have the courtesy and concern for their clients and it’s unfortunate.
