Copper Bay homes has proven to be less than a reputable company. Our family member rents from them and a pipe burst after three months of a brand new home. Because there was no insulation in the walls or near the plumbing. The company did not clean up the mess when it flooded and did not repair it for over 2 weeks. So there was no using the washer & dryer. They had no compassion for a family with a new baby & a preschooler not having a washer & dryer. It was great in the beginning, Lexi was super nice and attentive, then they rushed me to sign the lease, but that was my fault. There is a $250 cleaning fee that you have to pay before you even move in. She also told me I had a tentative move in date of April 29th, but I never got another update until all of the rent and fees were paid in full.
