Overall, Ryan was a great salesman, attentive and honest. However, the entire dealership has a problem updating their clients and also returning calls, every time I’d leave a voice message finance and front departments would NEVER call back. Also, David Joseph should not be let next to people at all, for the 5 minutes that he was desperately trying to sell us a car, he almost made us walk out of the dealership.

Salesman was great. Was told everything was ready and would only be at dealership a few minutes to complete paperwork. Had to wait several hours before being called in to complete the paperwork and insurance information.
