On Friday November 26, 2022 I visited Nissans. However, I was NOT aware it was Black Friday. On visiting, I attend the desk of Fatima Bargul to greet her on previous hospitality of interactions. She immediately pointed out that it was Black Friday & she lead me to Sale man Dion Alcantara, & subsequently to Oksana Chaussky. Fatima & Oksana had stand up to the end (1/24/2022), day day my Nissan Kicks was delivered to me. I could also say Dave (service area) had service my Nissan Trade in. Came in to trade in my Kia Optima with Kia……they were sold out of the car I wanted to purchase. A Nissan representative from the Pre-Owned Selection welcomed me & my husband to check out the cars in stock and we feel in love with a Jeep Cherokee that was shy 600 miles. He made the process of negotiating & signing smooth & we left pretty quick compared to car’s I’ve purchased in the past.

My sales man was very nice and knowledgeable. I just don’t like to have to be negotiating too much. I was told one thing on the phone and when I arrived was told something else. I was told that you had rogues available and it turned out you didn’t.
