If you're looking for aggressive representation that follows through with plans and promises go anywhere else. These hacks delayed the case to get more hours in and almost TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS later we still don't have a modification to child support after 14 months. How? I don't know they don't give a reason. And when questioned the blame the client with no evidence. These people should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of fathers who just want to see their kids.

yes i have not been able to even catch up on my own bills due to neither lawyer submitting a temp order to start my child support. My lawyer tyler was just fired out the blue and getting the new lawyer laura i asked her were they going to garnish wages so i can catch up on the bill and she said it was done by email but i called the attorney generals office today to find out no order was ever submitted back on 4/25/16. i have paid you the 1800 fee upfront but have fell behind on every bill due in my home to this order not bei... read more

I was excited to find a firm that stood up so vocally for father's rights, ive since learned a good firm has no need to advertise. I retained this firm as I had an emergency custody situation spring up with relatively short notice. Their "Greeter" Jarvis was nice enough but he is either a used car salesman or has no idea the ineptitude running rampant through his organization. They say they are the best, I don't think so. They are very expensive for nothing. They are big talkers no action.
