While we all started the meeting with some nervousness, we were able to have open discussions by the conclusion. Taught us about the ISO 9001 standard and gave us a good grasp on the standard. Drew clear lines to distinguish what was necessary and what wasn't to minimize overhead on setting up and maintaining our QMS. Checklists and schedule made it easy to keep track of everything and ensure we were ready for our audit. Consultant (Enny) and internal auditor (Brandon) were very thorough, pleasant, and honest.
