Due to some scheduling confusion, our internal audit was almost cancelled the morning of. Tracey shifted some other things around and agreed to perform our audit at the last moment, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made some great recommendations for improvements to our QMS. I truly appreciate the great service provided by Tracey!
