I liked working with CORE Business solutions. The auditors were helpful in guiding us on how to ensure we comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standards. Brenden Lowery proved particularly to be very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how we can better our system

Emily was both professional and emphatic. She established the bar for us then helped us get over it. We had our controlled documents both on our local server and through the CORE platform. She was patient with us as we hunted around for the work we had done. She was direct, organized and thorough. She also was able to put us at ease, get us to focus on getting the certification, and provide a path forward.

Auditor was extremely well prepared and had an extensive understanding of our documentation. Questions were followed with specific examples that assisted us in understanding what was being asked for and how it applied to the specific process being audited. Assisted by Emily Smith (not an option below)
