Norman Verbeck is a great professional. He went beyond our expectations. He has worked with so much quality on his deliverables. Remarkable!!! We were just being introduced to ISO 9001:2015 and passed all three audits with little to no concerns or findings. That wouldn't of happened if it wasn't for the CORE team and support. The process to get certified for ISO 9001 was challenging but with the help of Suzanne Weber-Smatko and The Core Solutions it was very achievable and rewarding. Suzanne was an amazing help with any documents that we required and kept the project on track for us to achieve the certificate in time that we required. Audit went great. Brenden was organized and on task. Very receptive to our questions and offered suggestions for certain areas that could present a problem.
