Although we passed the audit, I never felt I had the big picture. I stumbled through a series of baby steps to achieve finale.

Our audit was great! Brenden was to the point and had great understanding of our ISO needs. With that being said, Brenden Lowery was our auditor, not sure who Maddy Yoder is.

Norm was great and i would like to work with him again in the future if i need more certifications, however, the Core software is very dated especially considering the price

All in all we are excited that we passed our phase II audit and will be receiving our AS9110C certificate. However, CORE solutions database is very clunky and hard to navigate. We also had issues with our training. We requested 9110. All of our training and certificates were for 9100/9120. This was never resolved on the CORE end. Even our internal audit was scheduled with an auditor who was not authorized for 9110 because of the SNAFU on CORE's side of the fence. Ty Carpenter did a great job helping us through the ISO certification process. At times, he seemed unprepared for our meetings - documents we discussed the meeting before were not completed, or documents we had sent for review were not reviewed beforehand. However, he did a good job of walking up through the CORE platform and making sure we had all of our bases covered for external audit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am grateful for all his help!

Bruce is very helpful - not only with documentation, but explaining why we need certain documents/plans/manuals in order to maintain compliance. For someone who was simply thrown into managing the QMS, with minor ISO experience, he has made it much less stressful.
Our company passed certification audit with help from Core consultant, and we went through our annual audit with help and support from the same consultant. His Name does not show in your "Assisted By" window Bruce Newman
