I was severally denied of loan because I had an Eviction and criminal judgement on my credit report that has been on my report for about 3 years and I was turned down several times trying to get an apartment of my own; I also lost several job opportunities so I told my friend who immediately introduced me to ROOTKITS CREDIT SPECIALIST. In general, everything was fine. The system was overly complicated. We hired Core Business Solutions to write our Quality Manual, QMS Plan, and Communication Plan. We received two minor non-conformances on our Stage II audit for items that were not included in the Quality Manual, QMS Plan, and Communication Plan. The problem is fixed now, but I felt like you left a few items out of our written documentation. We hired you because you are the experts, but a few items were missing.
The customer service their representative are great. They are easy to work with and get things done. The only thing is their CORE system. We feel there are easier ways of controlling documents instead of upload route, download edit, upload new versions.
