Actual medical attention received was good - office auto signing in was not. Had to sign in to the office wifi in order to submit a copy of my driver's license, even though the portal said everything was complete. And I was not the only person in the office trying to access the Beaumony website. I had to complain that their site was unavailable before the receptionist advised that I needed to use their wifi. She could have said that from the beginning instead of having me and 2 others in the waiting room struggle to access t... read more
As a second visit, very smooth to make appointment because they had all information on file already. Once I was taken back, was seen quickly by doctor

Everything was explained. Not much I could do for my problem than rest and waiting. Have me idea what should happen
The staff was very warm and welcoming, polite and as helpful as possible. The bad part was the almost 3 hour wait to get to an exam room.

The doctor working today 11/22/25 @930AM treating me displayed racist behavior toward me. After she realized I needed medical attention. She refused to offer me medication to relieve my symptoms. When I asked why, she replied “she doesn’t think I need it” She was very rude to me and mean. She looked like she was under meds or something herself. Her jaw kept moving weird.

i went for pressure cramping and frequent urination and all the lady said was my urine was fine and i just have an overactive bladder. she never tried to actually see what was wrong
