As a second visit, very smooth to make appointment because they had all information on file already. Once I was taken back, was seen quickly by doctor

The staff was very warm and welcoming, polite and as helpful as possible. The bad part was the almost 3 hour wait to get to an exam room.

I was in the office on Wednesday and gave a urine sample and a swab. The nurse practitioner was great and told me to call a number if I didn’t get the results by Friday. On Friday I called and got the results of the urine sample, but was told the swab test results weren’t in. I called again today, was on the phone a total of 30 minutes, got transferred 5 times and continuously put on hold by very rude staff, all who didn’t want to admit that they lost my swab. Second visit for a cold. Providers don't speak english very well. They make you wait a half hour when you're the only patient in the building. Very expensive, about $600 per hour for a "provider" that you can't understand that doesn't make you better.

The doctor working today 11/22/25 @930AM treating me displayed racist behavior toward me. After she realized I needed medical attention. She refused to offer me medication to relieve my symptoms. When I asked why, she replied “she doesn’t think I need it” She was very rude to me and mean. She looked like she was under meds or something herself. Her jaw kept moving weird.
