Amazing professionals and kind and friendly and demonstrated empathy and sincere care. Front desk professionals were outstanding. Attending was outstanding and my nurse Diamond, was outstanding compassionate and helped me. My ears were blocked over a course of time from wax buildup. I was so embarrassed crying when I got there. I’m normally tough with pain. The nurse that helped me today was wonderful. They got me right in, got my imaging done right away and bandaged me up. I have been worried about a fracture from my fall for a week now and knowing that it’s just badly bruised was such a relief.

I was a walk-in, about 1.5 hours before closing. The check-in process was flawless, and the staff very helpful and friendly. There were a few people ahead of me, but I was still seen very quickly. Vitals were taken right away, and the nurse practitioner (Angela) was terrific. Was diagnosed quickly and medicine sent to my pharmacy. I was in and out in less than an hour , and the entire staff was very proud. This is my favorite urgent care facility.
