We first had a virtual visit—the NP was helpful and advised me to take my 84-year old mother physically into the Urgent Care facility. We made it into the Grosse Pointe Park clinic 15 minutes before they closed. Everyone was very kind and patient—even when we caused them to stay after their 8 pm close time. When dealing with crotchety aged people, I give them the highest rating. Thank you so much!

I couldn’t believe that I registered, was called to the back before sitting 2 minutes, diagnosed, received two shots and a prescription in less than 25 minutes. The PA was on point with my diagnosis. I bypassed 3 urgent care facility to get to this one. I’m so glad that I did.
