Corewell Urgent Care was fast & the staff was helpful and friendly. The Dr. Tom’s bedside manner could use improvement. I was seen for UTI, I asked what he was prescribing he just antibiotics I asked about Pyridium for the pain & pressure. He said no need to stain my underwear to just deal with it. I asked if since I had blood in my urine if I should be worried about a kidney infection and he said no, didn’t ask if I had back pain.

During my last visit at Corewell Urgent Care, I was assisted by a nurse with long, curly braided hair, around 40–50 years old. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and accommodating, and she helped calm both me and Steven. Her warmth and friendliness truly made a difference, and I sincerely hope to see her again if I visit in the future. I would also like to recognize Ms. Ciara Eatmon, whose name was on the paperwork.
