I had made an appointment for the second opening of the day, arrived 15 minutes early for check-in and ended up waiting 45 minutes while others went ahead of me. I felt betrayed because I was under the impression that when you had an appointment at a certain time and you were there you would be taken at that time. I was seen by James Wood. It was not on your list of assisted buys. He did an excellent job diagnosing, and explaining things to me I was very happy with his care. He explained things very well.
