This is such a fast and efficient urgent care. Dr. Watters has a great bedside manner and made sure I was cared for properly. I was in and out in under 25 minutes. The front desk staff was also very friendly!

Everyone was very nice, helpful, friendly, efficient and patient. Explained things well, in lay-person terms. Facility was clean. Wish you offered bottled water! We appreciated staff talking directly to the patient - my elderly mom, in a wheelchair (that doesn’t always happen!) But, a lot of their speech was unnecessarily loud. They could always ask “can you hear me ok?”, then speak louder if needed.
