Thank you so much the doctor I saw on Sunday (9/25) in the morning helped diagnose my 2 year old daughter for bronchitis and treated her for pneumonia also. Her primary ped doctor and others were unable to be thorough and take her symptoms serious. Thank you for your patience and care.

My results for the COVID-19
Took a little bit longer than I expected. Understandably they are shorthanded.
Staff was very helpful and very nice. Even though I got there 30 minutes before they closed they still treated me well. Not bothered by me having to get there so late.

Checked in online, super easy and quick, walked in once I got there. Maybe waited 5 minutes before I was called back. Everyone was very nice and efficient and I really appreciated the speed at which I was in and out but still felt like I was taken care of.

The front desk staff did great. The staff member who took my vitals was pretty rude and acted like she was annoyed that I was there. She tried giving me clinical information about my potential diagnosis, I'm guessing, without clinical qualifications. Could be wrong but I doubt that’s within her job description or ability. I don’t think she is a practitioner. The NP who treated me was kind and seemed pretty knowledgeable.
