The front desk staff did great. The staff member who took my vitals was pretty rude and acted like she was annoyed that I was there. She tried giving me clinical information about my potential diagnosis, I'm guessing, without clinical qualifications. Could be wrong but I doubt that’s within her job description or ability. I don’t think she is a practitioner. The NP who treated me was kind and seemed pretty knowledgeable. The hole facility was nice and perfect like futuristic!!!! The nurses and Dr.Jake was awesome and beyond helpful took his time made me feel comfortable before I got my pimple busted and let me know I'm going to make and get thru my sickness

The staff was Great , but the waiting was way to long my appointment was at 10:50 am and I didn’t get out of there until 12:40
