The staff here went over and Beyond. As soon as I approached the front desk I explained I had tested positive for covid I didn't know what to expect but they didn't make me feel as if I was in this by myself. A staff member helped to complete my information with Grace. They even brought my positive test results out to the car from my PNR test. This place is absolutely wonderful there was not a long wait time and I would definitely encourage others to visit this urgent Care over others.

You made pay $50 for 2 minutes, the receptionist was very unconcerning & I was in pain. I will never go back to that facility again. The Wayne, MI off Michigan Ave location was not so good. If you close at 8pm & a patient comes in at 7:30pm don’t rush the & charge them for 2 minutes worth of service.

A nurse was fabulous, BUT, Franny was my lifeline last night. Had she not been here I would have gone home. A few had the attitude like I was "drug seeking" and I DID NOT like that feeling. Franny and Dr Kraus came through for me. This is a miserable, painful ordeal
I chose to bring my daughter to this particular urgent care and our experience there was horrible, frustrating and irritating. We waited there for two hours before my daughter was able to get seen by the doctor. The doctor there is Trash I don't where she got her License from maybe out of a crackjack box. She didn't prescribe my daughter anything not even the basic pain and fever reliever which is Tylenol or Motrin. The Doctor that works there didn't even throughly exam my daughter.
