I waited from 8:25 am with check in completed around 8:34 am , only to have a patient who came in after me be called in first. It was around 10:20 am when I got called. The other patient literally waited only for about 10 min!! The Lady at the check-in / reception counter and myself told the gentleman that it was my turn but he nevertheless proceeded to take her in and gave her seen. The actual visit with PA was good.
Did not ask if I had any questions. Unhelpful on what issue could be if not UTI. Overall felt unsupported and that the doctor didn’t know what was going on.
LaLa the nurse was great. Thorough, friendly and efficient. Dr. King was very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough.

Dr. Ajaz Banka is seems to be a nice man; however, he receives an F- in patient communication. How so? He sent his Resident Dr. Clark into the appointment. Dr. Clark is EXCELLENT! He took the time, he asked the right questions, he was as detailed as a Physician MUST be. Well Dr. Banka operates in the antithesis. He is NOT interested; NOT at all. I was supposed to be attended by a doctor. I was attended by a nurse practitioner She did not send the medicine to the pharmacy that I told her She Also did not prescribe medicine for the pain when I pass saliva
Went in after feeling pretty awful (sore throat, headache, body ache, etc.). Waited two hours before being helped. Once helped, the nurse said that I probably have covid so they didn’t offer to test me for anything else. I tested negative for covid but had already left because they said I could just see my results online. Still don’t know what’s wrong, overall just a waste of my time.
