Went for Covid test. Waited 55 minutes. Nurse check my vitals but not my temp. Considering I came in for a Covid test... Both the doctor and nuse were pleasant

The front desk person, Aiat, was very welcoming and helpful. The person who called me into the office was not professional in that she did not come to the waiting room, only calling my name from behind the desk, and then only pointing me to the office without walking me there. The medical assistant and P.A. were both good

I waited from 8:25 am with check in completed around 8:34 am , only to have a patient who came in after me be called in first. It was around 10:20 am when I got called. The other patient literally waited only for about 10 min!! The Lady at the check-in / reception counter and myself told the gentleman that it was my turn but he nevertheless proceeded to take her in and gave her seen. The actual visit with PA was good.
