Waited for hours and was told to go to the hospital for possible blood clot. Went down the road to Ford Hospital emergency where they shook their heads and said that was absolutely ridiculous. I knew at the time the PA was busy and just wanted me to go somewhere else. This same PA has done this to me previously. I will never go back!!
Got out 2 hours after reservation.
Waited 80 minutes to be seen even though I had an appointment.
Worse service, unprofessional, had an appointment for injury! Took us 45 minutes after the appointment sat in the room after an hour an half an MA came in and asked questions. We were told that it will take a while and the appointment doesn’t mean that you will go in the same time. And will not do an X-ray. After all we left without seeing anyone! The MA was advised.
Facility issues and nurse
The nurse was excellent but the doctor made me feel like he did not believe my issue. I woke up the next morning in so much pain I couldn’t even sit up. The doctor pushed me off, this is the second doctor at Beaumont I’ve seen about the same problem with no resolution. The just keep prescribing me the same medication. I no longer trust Beaumont doctors
