She was able to get the best financing available for us, which helped us get a better rate than what we were offered elsewhere and be able to afford our monthly payments on our dream house! Nancy was always just a phone call or email away and talking to her was like talking to an old friend! We are very satisfied with Nancy's customer service, as well as that of her assistant, Roxanne.
