Horrifying. The lender gave me their best offer and unfortunately it did not meet a different offer. I tried to call him the night of our decision with no answer. I texted and emailed to speak to him regarding our options. No response. Finally at 10:30pm he informed me his phone was on silent mode and didn't hear it. The next morning I told him we were going with a different lender, his text to me was as follows: "Lol okay. Good luck to you. Thanks for wasting my time and not actually giving me a chance.
