Lack of communication within their own team. They would all separately ask for documents without speaking to each other. When they would ask for things, they acted like they have been waiting for a period of time for a response even though it was the first we heard of a request. They do not communicate with you very well, you have to consistently call or email them with your questions. And when they do answer, it is never the same answer. All I can say is it was an awesome experience and everything went smoother than expected. I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and helpful staff, everyone at every turn of the loan process was great.
I had 2 of the best, Melanie Hadley and Alexis Moreno. They assisted me in everything. No question was dumb to them. I would do it all over again. I thank the entire Team, I could not have did it without you Thank you

Exceded normal epectations
Shannon and Shelley are great communicators, both with me and with me realtor when appropriate. No question was dumb and they were never put out with my being a first-timer. Questions answered even after 5, very friendly and professional. Their kindness is genuine, not faked b and they were the ONLY lender to ask if I'd heard of down payment assistance programs available to me. Top notch company.
