Natalie worked really hard to make sure our loan was right, even through some confusing processes with a long term disability pay at a job. But interactions with Nest were not always the most professional — the 60 days leading up to our loan we felt as though we were reaching out for communication, and not getting much in return until it was a response with a very short turn around for needing documents, completion of an online course, etc. Also, at closing our lender was only able to stay for a few minutes and while she was... read more
