They found flaws in the property I intended to buy that were clearly unknown and undisclosed. They saved me from what could have been a very costly mistake. Their fees are tiny compared to the cost of the problems they uncovered. I highly recommend this company.

We were in a tight time schedule to get an inspection on a house we had submitted an offer on. Didn't think it was going to happen but they scheduled us in for the next day and when we arrived the inspector had already started. He was very thorough and detailed while explaining to us what needed attention. Thank you for squeezing us in before we left the state.
