Missed several things in their inspection report, to the point we would’ve walked away if sellers wouldn’t make repairs. Contacted them after closing and they asked us for specifics, checked their report so that they can make sure this doesn’t happen again but that doesn’t help us. Inspection was completed very fast, and earlier than scheduled so I missed going through it with them. In this market, you don’t have time to really check out a house prior to offering on it so inspection important.
