My original door was not properly constructed and was then not properly installed. It leaked air, was warped and unbalanced. [My original rating on HomeAdvisor was "1-star."] After 8 -10 months, a full replacement was installed by Wes and another gentleman. What a difference in workmanship! The crew that Install America sent to our house was Competent, Polite, and very professional. They arrived at approximately 8:40 am (Arrival was supposed to be between 9-10 am. ) Was quite comfortable with that. All materials were unloaded from their work van. The foreman/manager Nate, Then rang our bell and proceeded to double check all measurements of the windows. The installation was great the guys did a good job cleaning up behind themselves. They let me know what they was doing step by step.i would recommend install America to my family and friends.
The installers were friendly, courteous, and very professional. There salesperson was very informative and polite. No high pressure sale. I was delighted through the whole process.

The installers were very neat and efficient. The work was done quickly. And for the windows I'm waiting for a really windy day to evaluate them. But at present there fine.
The crew should come prepared with all tools needed and not have to borrow my leaf blower,barrels,wheelbarrow,and shovels.
