Wes and Mike kept in touch with us through the entire project answering all of our questions. They were professional and friendly. The men that came out to our house for installation were quick and professional. They had all of windows installed in just under 5 hours and cleaned up completely before leaving. If I ever need any projects done I'd recommend Install America.

After I had a walk through with a new installer, Brad, my experience was great. Brad is very knowledgeable, patient, professional and exhibited a warm and outgoing personality! He great to talk to and took the time to show me and my husband how to operate our new windows. Our satisfaction was guaranteed and Brad made sure of it. Great install of interior front door & storm door. Great installer. Very friendly. Even let me use his ladder to clean out my gutters while he installed.
