We had a great experience with Install America. Jeff s crew was friendly, prompt, and courteous. They came when promised, cleaned up and easily installed 16 windows in a mid-1800 s home where nothing is square. We will use them again when we are ready to replace our remaining 8 or so.

This was the best decision we made to replace our windows in February 2019 an do our Patio door in April 2019. The installers on both jobs did a great installation and clean up after all work was done. I would recommend INSTALL AMERICA.

The first thing that I liked about Matt from Install America is that he did not tell me, wife, that she was wrong. We had already received quotes from several contractors and, to a one, the told us that we had to also re-tile the floor or had to replace the sink and toilet. On the other hand, Matt listened to exactly what we wanted and did not try to sell us a project that we did not want. Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints!
as far as customer service, it is 50/50 because half of them did really good, then they installed the wrong size gutters. And kept bringing wrong color of siding. But the job they did was awesome. The installers are amazing! Just some communication drama with the higher up people.
