The first thing that I liked about Matt from Install America is that he did not tell me, wife, that she was wrong. We had already received quotes from several contractors and, to a one, the told us that we had to also re-tile the floor or had to replace the sink and toilet. On the other hand, Matt listened to exactly what we wanted and did not try to sell us a project that we did not want. Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints!
as far as customer service, it is 50/50 because half of them did really good, then they installed the wrong size gutters. And kept bringing wrong color of siding. But the job they did was awesome. The installers are amazing! Just some communication drama with the higher up people.

The sales representative was courteous and not overly aggressive or eager to make a sale. The finished work was excellent, and we will return to this company for the next window replacement project.

Had windows installed a week ago. Very happy with the product. Windows look great and have lots of nice features. The installer was every efficient and skilled. Conducted himself professionally and focused on getting the job done in a timely manner. He cleaned up everything.

Fred was professional and very knowledgeable about his company's product and services...He was very patient when it came to my budget and cost concerns..This was a very needed quality I appreciate, because I'd already shopped around and got estimates with 2 other companies..?? Install America's management team has ensured their services to be one of a kind..I really do look forward to working with them doing this project..!!(windows and siding) Thanks a lot!!
