They know the ins and oust about windows. The windows are well built. I live by a busy highway and there windows count down the road noise. Install America gives you what they tell you, no surprises. The installer, Chris Campanini installed and cap the 10 windows in 8 hrs, outstanding contractor. Yes I would recommend this company and in fact Install America is the only company I will deal with
I wish I could give a higher rating. Some aspects were great others have left me still angry about 4 months later. The man who came to my house for the estimate was amazing and really sold me on using install America. The guys who came out to install the windows were very mean looking guys. They couldn't get the windows out of my ground floor apartment. So they needed to be broken out. One would like you to break the windows towards the outside. Not them. Broken glass inside. We are also impressed that they are responsible for the entire process from manufacturing to installation and warranty. You don't have to guess who's responsible for a problem should one occur. You get what you pay for.

The job is finished. They made their presentation & I paid my down payment on 6/11/16. The windows were installed on 7/24/16 (42 days), which was well within the time frame that was established in the presentation. The crew arrived exactly on time and installed 9 windows to my satisfaction, and departed at about 2:30 p.m. They cleaned up the area and even helped put furniture back in place. They were very professional and personable.
I have hired this company to install windows in my home. But, we are in the preliminary stages of doing business. I have agreed to their terms & conditions, selected the windows I want and given them a down payment. It has been 30 days since we signed a gave them a check. I'll do another review at an appropriate time in the near future.
