Once you're an established patient, it's super easy to make an appointment online. One of the things I like about this practice is you can only make same day/next day appointments. At my previous doctor, I'd have to wait weeks for an appointment. The office waiting room is very spacious and the staff professional and courteous. I never have to wait past my appointment time and feel like my doctor is never rushing me out the door. Their patient portal is easy to use and a convenient way to communicate with your doctor. I love their appointment practice, not scheduling out more than 3 days. Even if Dr Nelson isn't available (my GP), I feel very comfortable going with any other doctor. The medical staff is knowledgeable, caring and competent. I feel very well taken care of anytime I contact them. Besides Dr Nelson being an amazing and gifted doc, Dr Acuna~ is right up their with Dr Nelson in compassion, patience, and knowledge. Dr Acuna is amazing!! Extremely helpful and ready to get to the root of the issues. He's not a "give it a pill" kind of doctor, which I love! He genuinely cares about his patients & his assistant is great too!

I was dubious of this practice when I first followed Dr. Witte here because they book appointments no further out than 3 days. How could that possibly work?! Now, I love it and do not want to go anywhere else - I hate to go back to "we can see you in three weeks." I called yesterday morning at 8:15 AM and got a 10:30 AM appointment. I like the two doctors I have seen here: Dr. Natalie Witte, who is moving away, and Dr. Katy Kirk, who I just saw this week. I called and they were able to get me in as a new patient on the same day. Everybody at the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Hernandez took his time and listened to everything and put together a plan. I would recommend this practice to anybody

I saw Dr. Acuna within 3 hours of calling their office for an appointment! He was very thorough and explained my condition well. He did not seem rushed, and I didn't have to wait long for him to see me upon check in. Overall, I would recommend him. My husband and I absolutely adore him! My husband had an unknown medical condition that Dr. Acuna was able to address after only his first visit! My husband had been suffering with this condition for at least 1.5 years. My family and I have been associated with this office of excellent physicians for several years now. Each doctor is completely focused on patient care. The confidence of knowing any doctor you see is more than competent if your doctor is unavailable is a huge comfort to me.
