This was my first visit to this practice, for an emergency situation that developed over the weekend. At the end of my visit today, it was obvious how this office has earned EVERY single 5 star review it receives ..! The facility itself is impeccable , comfortable and state of the art. The staff were accommodating for the emergency visit that I had - creating an early appointment to see Dr. Andy. I was afraid of potential pain with my extractions but I didn't have any. Zero. Everyone was so friendly. I'm glad I went. Dr. Tom was fantastic always asking how I am and so kind and personable. I wouldn't want anyone else.
Had April this time. She was great! Kristi is normally my hygienist and she is great as well. Totally satisfied with service and professionalism.

Here is the thing about Mercer Sydell in Milton - sure the staff is super friendly and professional. And, the dentists are absolutely top notch.
