As most of us don’t look forward to a visit to the dentist, describing this as a pleasant experience is high praise. This crown procedure was painless, quick and efficient. The ultra-modern equipment makes the process easy and Dr Mercer’s skill is commendable. They, a pleasant experience.
My hygienist this morning was once again awesome. Very professional and extremely friendly. Whatever you are paying that young woman, it's not enough. Keep her around and give her a substantial raise.
I have found this practice professional, on time, friendly and the physical plant clean and comfortable. I have to give a lot of praise to the dental hygienist, Brandy. She has always been helpful, willing to answer questions and help educate me on any issues I am having with my oral hygiene etc. Her friendliness and skills always make my visit a pleasant experience.

I have been a patient with the Mercer/Sydell group since moving to Milton a few years ago. Selecting a new dental facility can be stressful but I am very pleased with the professional and courteous service provided by Mercer/Sydell. Today I met two of the staff that were new to me, Dr. Giaconne and hygienist, whose name I believe was Carol. As before, I appreciate their skill and competence and would recommend their practice to others who a new to the area.
