First time patient, got appointment within 3 days. Loved that paperwork could be done on line before visit. Wait time in office was unbelievably short. Staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely return for any future problems.
Best dental visit and practice I've ever experienced. Non-rushed, gentle cleaning, great attention to detail and coordination between hygienist and dentist, modern office with large tv to watch during cleaning, excellent value and the entire staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Also advised I did not need an unnecessary procedure my prior dentist said I must have.
Carter enjoyed visiting the dentist. Staff was very friendly, informative & patient with him! We were brought back in a timely manner. Scheduling this visit was very easy, and quick availability. Very happy we made the switch.
Recieved excellence service and very informative information about the service I was about to recieve. Was informed about future service I would be getting and the price of the service. Dr. Sydell and his staff were very professional and extremely pleasant. Would recommend this practice.

I'm one of those people who rather have a colonoscopy than visit the dentist...That said....if I can say I had a good experience, that really should mean something... My hygienist understands my concerns and has always been very patient.She always explains what she is going to do and takes her time with me.She discusses what she feels is necessary for my dental care and how this can be accomplished.
The professionalism of everyone I dealt with was as usual, fantastic. From Lady Robin to the dentail assistant , all was great.
