April is a great hygienist .................pleasant and keeps you well informed.
I was very nervous about going to see a dentist. My experience at Mercer & Sydell was awesome, the Doctor understood my concern and was very pleasant. I recommend this office. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful.
Had a pleasurable experience at the dentist for my cleaning. Brandy was very nice and did an outstanding job. She has great patient care and is thourough and attentive to questions and answered my many questions in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend her and mercer sydell to friends and family.
I hate to admit it but haven't been to a dentist in over 20 years. Therefore I wasn't sure what to expect. The entire time I was there I was treated with respect, care and concern. Concern for my comfort and lack of knowledge. I was always kept informed as to what was going to be done and what to expect. The facility itself was extremely clean and easy to navigate. I'm very happy to be their patient my first appointment was excellent they were very explanatory about my payments and what was wrong with my teeth very helpful and everything and made me feel comfortable like if I was already a patient there right away I made an appointment for my kids I look forward to being their patient for a long long period of time and I will recommend them to all my friends
Great service I like not waiting for services, nobody likes waiting to see the medical staff that we pay for. You guys are the best.
