I had never been a patient at Mercer Sydell so I was unsure what to expect. Brandi was kind, considerate and very professions. The staff was courteous and friendly and it was a good experience even though a dentist office is never my favorite place to visit.
Great providers and service! Very clean and modern facility! Highly recommended!

I have had major detal work done, which has included extractions and implants. I now have a denture, but it looks amazing. Dr. Sydell worked very hard in making the denture fit percisely. I am in the process of having a permanent fixed hybrid inserted. Which is a fixed denture that does not come out. Brandy is the best hygienist that I have ever had, she is very meticulous when performing the cleaning.
I have had another wonderful experience at the dentist office. I love the fact of not having to wait any length of time before being called back into the inner sanctum. Brandy was/is my "cleaning lady" and, as always, we had a great time chatting--getting caught up--and then she went to work do another A+ job cleaning my teeth, xraying and getting me ready for the next step.
