I get really anxious in the chair due to a traumatic dental visit over 20 years ago. However, after a few minutes in the chair at Mercer I remind myself I'm in great hands and relax. Even having fillings completed is a walk in the park! Love this office!
Very pleasant experience and impressed with the professionalism at Mercer and Sydell. Robin was very helpful in setting up appointment and explaining insurance,payments etc. Brandy was very thorough cleaning my teeth and showing,explaining issues with my teeth. My 1st visit was really a very nice experience!! After around 4-5 year's of avoiding going to a Dentist, I was so afraid that I would have a terrible first time office visit. Instead.....they made it a very pleasurable one!! Absolutely no pain at all and it was also very affordable, especially when you join their membership!! We have been in Delaware for less than a month..... My 5 year old had two teeth I thought should be extracted, without any hesitance the doctor did exactly what I had hoped for, almost as if he read my mind.... The office personal were very prompt and professional from the moment we walked through the door, from the paperwork to allowing my son to go into the room and watch TV, which allowed me to better do what I was doing (paperwork, medical history)...
