The wait time to get allergy shots is much too long! Every time I wait 20 minutes or more, even though no one else is in the office getting shots. I know that they went to a new computer system, so there was a learning curve but 2 months later and the waits are just as long! I hope they improve the wait times very soon!
RecommendedBeen going there for serval years. Great people great atmosphere. Especially if you live out of town. If you need something give them a call they will help you anyway possible

Excellent doctor and staff (esp. Draper), without all the waiting around like in other doctors' offices.
I truly enjoyed my visit to the Alabama Asthma and Allergy Center in Hoover today because they listened, worked me into their tight schedule and were extremely friendly. I’ll be having some more tests done after a few weeks and I’m really looking forward to it. The staff was very knowledgeable and they wanted to explore every option of care. I would recommend Dr. Lorena Wilson and her fine staff to anyone. Thank you for making me feel better.
Poor time management. Nothing like showing up at 8:30 for a shot and not getting seen for over 20 minutes. If you do walk appointments for allergy shots, you should see people in the order in which they arrive.
