They thoroughly explained the insurance benefits which I’m very thankful because other places will see you and then at checkout say you owe this much not knowing if you can pay that amount your insurance didn’t cover. Dr. Cartwright & staff are the absolute best! They seem to genuinely care about what's going on with the patients.
I love love love the people that work here from when you walk in till you walk out. Dr. Beck is amazing!! I highly recommend this business to everyone. They properly diagnose you and or your kiddos without all the added medicine a lot of other allergy doctors think you need.
Do not recommend this place to anyone. The nurses are extremely incompetent and hateful, will even blame patients for things they do wrong. I have been going here for 5 years now but recently had enough of the constant screw-ups, causing me to go elsewhere. Nurses, and some doctors here lack basic patient/customer service communication skills. Had a nurse even give me another patients shot before (don't think that is ethical or legal). I'm not one to go to the doctor but I felt comfortable and they constantly made me laugh even though the reason why I came was not a laughing matter.
Dr. Kumar is a wonderful doctor. My allergies had gotten so bad, I couldn't function, especially at my job, which was custom woodworking. Dr. Kumar prescribed an accelerated shot regimen. It has changed my life. I am able to do all the things that used to cause me problems, including working at my shop. I am on monthly maintenance now, but the results are fantastic. Go see Dr. Kumar.
