I haven't checked our mailbox in weeks but today I did & we received the sweetest card from everyone at @collegepethospital 💕 They have the most amazing staff!! Unfortunately, our first time there was one of the most difficult days of my life so far but everyone was so thoughtful & compassionate from start to finish!! It's been a long, sad month for me after losing Beast.. getting this card today was the first time I've cried happy tears. Thank you so much for everything & to everyone at College Pet Hospital!!
My dog was in an emergency situation and all vets were booked. Cottage Pet Hospital took him in (even though they were swamped) and was very caring.
I highly recommend this pet hospital. The staff is so passionate about what they do. I took my super old little buddy Mojo since I had read other reviews about this place. They didn't disappoint! Liz helped us and she was reassuring and handled my sensitive old guy with care. This is a place where they make you feel like family, not just a rushed in and out clinic.
I had the pleasure of meeting Liz this morning as i brought in my senior dog for a check up and possible euthanasia! She greeted us as soon as we walked in and made us feel comfortable right away. Once he was looked over we were given the news no pet owner wants to hear ... that I would have to say goodbye to my best friend of 15years. This has been an overdue review of our overall experience at The Cottage Pet Hospital. Which has been a pleasant experience from the moment I picked up my phone to call and investigate pricings and booking an appointment. I was greeted by Liz , she took her time in answering all of my questions over the phone. She seemed calmed and pleasant and very informative. My chihuahua had some type of paw allergies/rash. I needed a place for my cat to be spayed ASAP. Liz from the office helped me out, gave us a great appointment and got us in right away. She gave great customer service and was so good to our cat Zoey. We definitely recommend Cottage Pet Hospital especially with such great staff like Liz working and helping out not just our pets, but us humans ♥️ 🐈 ♥️
