Kindness to pets is impressive I did a bad review before due to a rude staff member, but I have to recognize that I acted on an impulse and not because a staff member is rude everyone is, the rest of the personnel is wonderful and after seeing how Dr Sahai has been kind with my puppy and his personnel has treated my boxer in a kind and compassionate manner I have to admit I was wrong, I took my boxer for a ear and tail clipping and saw how Dr Sahai tried to make my puppie's ears stand nicely , recently, my boxer got lost and... read more
Compasionate! Just wanted to say that in a very difficult time, Dr. Sahai and his staff were soooo kind to both me and my cat when it was time for us to say goodbye. We went on a long journey together in a battle with kidney failure. They were encouraging and honest, and gave me and my boy more than a year of quality life before the time had come to say goodbye. Excellent Service I take both of my dogs here for vaccinations and surgery. The employees here give excellent service and always are professional (even when the customers are irate and rude). They even send postcard reminders for upcoming vaccinations and examinations. The facility is clean and sanitary. The best part is that their prices are reasonable as well. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.
