These people are amazing! I was a bit nervous to bring my Scarlett to the vet because it was her first time and I didn't know how she would act as she is only about 8 weeks old. But the receptionists and Dr. Fentress and her adorable assistant were so good to Scarlett! They loved on her like they were her own and gave me all kinds of information about puppy training. I love the staff bc my lil man Bubba is very cranky and the staff did not give up on us they kept coming up with different ideas to help Bubba and they finally did and Bubba is good . They are patient and caring with the animals.

Bo had not been to the vet in years. Countryside got him right in and took care of his bite. Even thought at times that he wasn't going to make it, but they never gave up. He is great now. The whole staff was wonderful and caring and a special thanks to Dr. Admire. We would definitely recommend Countryside to everyone!!

Despite being completely booked up and never using them before, they fit my English Bull Terrier in for a low grade emergency. They even apologized for the brief wait, where as other vet's offices had me waiting 2+ hours for appointments I had scheduled months in advance.. I've been to a countless number of vet clinics over the years, every single clinic in the Hot Springs/Arkadelphia area, to Austin, TX and all the way down to San Antonio. This place is by far the best.. They truly care about animals. :)
